Barbell Basics is a small group women’s strength training series designed to build confidence, proper technique, and real strength in a supportive environment.

This is not a cardio class.
This is real training.

Starting Tuesday, June 2, we’ll focus on:
• Bench press fundamentals

• Squat mechanics

• Proper setup and barbell technique

• Building confidence under the bar

• Learning how to train safely and effectively

Whether you’re completely new to lifting or ready to feel stronger in the gym, this class is built to meet you where you are.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
  • 6-week series
  • Small group setting (max 3 women)
  • Includes gym membership access
  • Hosted by MP Strength & Performance
